I JUST PLACED AN ORDER; WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 20 Business days

Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days

Some circumstances are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, Etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for most orders. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers worldwide as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, you can go here if you need help tracking your order. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order, but you must cancel your order within 24 hours after the order creation for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@hywego.com.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, OR I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS!

If you have entered or auto-filled your address incorrectly or you would like to change the shipping address, reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Please notify us immediately via email at support@hywego.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

Please inspect your order upon reception and CONTACT US immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
